Butter Cake
Ingredients: *3 1/2 cup. cake flour *1 1/2 cup. baking powder *3/4 cup. butter *1 1/4 cup. sugar *5 pcs. eggs *3/4 evaporated milk *1/2 cup. water *1 tbsp. Vanilla Procedure: 1. Sift together flour,baking powder and set a side. 2. Cream,butter and add sugar gradually. 3. Blend in egg one at a time until sugar almost dissolve. 4. In the another bowl combine milk,water and vanilla. 5. Add the flour mixture deternately and ending with flour. 6. Pour into prepared pan,bake for 45 mins. to 1 hour. |
